Whoever sacrifices their health to gain wealth and time, one day will have to sacrifice their wealth and time to regain their health. If you didn't care about yourself in the past, now you should make up for it. Time is needed for preventing illnesses, and preserving health: the more time you spend on it, the better. The sooner you get control of your body the sooner you receive positive effects! This is the best investment: to invest time, energy and money in our own health.

If you want permanent results, you shouldn't consider exercise as a current fad or merely a physical cleaning of your system. Real results come if we think in terms of the long run. Don't take it too strictly either, since you can stop it at any time for a while. You must instead become so familiar with it that you'd miss it if you didn't do sports, and this way you will soon restart training!

A lot of people ask me: "How much time is needed for a significant change? How long will it take to see the perceivable and tangible results?" I answer with a question first: "How long did it take for you to get into this actual state?" A body that was dealt badly before doesn't forget the negligence of the past easily and when it is finally fed up and wants to change, it requires total attention, a lot of energy and time. When making your schedule for the order of importance put daily gymnastics within the first three places, but you will see most optimal results if it is in the first place. If it is very difficult in your day to devote half an hour to this, take 5-10 minutes from here and there until you get that 30 minutes! Otherwise you have to wake up half an hour earlier. In a short time your life will change and health will be the most important thing you have achieved and you will then have time for other things, too. But for now away with laziness, because you'll never get ahead and a year later you'll regret that you didn't start it now! Start...

When choosing the time, consistence is the main thing. Train always at the same time (no matter if it is in the morning, at noon or in the evening).  The first exercise after awakening each morning should be stretching out: speed up your blood flow with a little stretching but easily, loosely. After sleeping the body gets stiff, it becomes resistant therefore it is not suggested to go in for hard sports too soon.
