How to schedule your day?

When choosing the time, consistence is the main thing. Train always at the same time (no matter if it is in the morning, at noon or in the evening). 

The first exercise after awakening each morning should be stretching out: speed up your blood flow with a little stretching but easily, loosely. After sleeping the body gets stiff, it becomes resistant therefore it is not suggested to go in for hard sports too soon.

If you want to lose weight you can run or walk dynamically for 40 minutes in the morning, because fat burns most effectively in the morning.

In the morning also practise breathing-walking.

In the afternoon or in the evening, your muscles are warmed up and knowing that the daily routine is over, your mind is more relaxed, so carry out the main daily training at this time.
