Humans have five main sources of energy, which is the reason behind the name: FitFive. FitFive shows you the correct use and practise of these energy sources.FitFive gives you a path to health and harmony with regular exercise, correct nutrition and positive thinking. 1. Air The basis of life is air, without it nothing can live. We take 10-15 breaths a minute - this is 7 million breaths in a year! FitFive teaches you how to breathe correctly and use your lungs appropriately through different breathing exercises. 2. Water 75 percent of our body is water, therefore it is very important to drink an appropriate amount of water...

Let's make two things clear in the very beginning. 1) I don't know of any reason or excuse why a person considered healthy couldn't make healthy lifestyle part of their life. 2) In FitFive there isn't such a word as "I would like to", only "I want to". Only determined, strong-minded people's development is guaranteed. I dedicate FitFive to those who are prepared; who feel that it's time to be an active participator and not a passive observer of their Life. Are you ready? Let's start!

Let's look at our car or house: we keep them clean, keep on cleaning them, mending them and making them nicer. We don't forget to put oil in our car, we don't drag dirt into our house. So why don't we deal with such responsibilities with our body? Because this is hard work. So what? We are human; there will always be hard things in life. A thing is only difficult if it is unusual. If we learn a process, get used to it and get to know its good effects, then it becomes easy. You have to simply know your body and learn its correct usage. And know when and what your body and mind really want!

Life is a continuous investment: we buy objects and experiences non-stop. So don't be mean with your body either! You just have to invest in time and energy. Really INVEST! Because every miute and energy invested in your health will be doubled! Everybody longs for a good business or a good investment - now invest in yourself, in your body and mind! The same amount of energy is needed for creating positive or negative thoughts. But while the negative gets lost, the positive ones brings you at least twice as much as you have invested, and that pushes you towards further development.

Exercising doesn't only take time and energy; it creates them. Learn what exercises your body needs and practise those regularly. And in the meantime you make progress: as the body develops, the mind develops, too. Unfortunately, it is not true the other way around, look at great scientists who only cultivate their minds, but their bodies decay. If you train your body but not your mind, you will be strong and stupid. But if you develop only your brain, you will be smart and weak. But if you pay attention to both, you become strong and smart! This "strong and smart" level can only be gained slowly, working on both sides simultaneously....

Now I want to talk to those who know that they should do something for their health, but always find some excuse not to do anything for it. "I don't have time for it." You have, if you want to. Everybody has half an hour a day. A day is 24 hours out of which 8 hours are spent sleeping, 10 hours working (with commuting), and 2 hours eating. There are still 4 hours left. You can budget these four hours anyhow: productively and calmly, or senselessly, boringly and lazily. I recommend that you should try half an hour's training in the first place and then you still have 3.5 hours to watch TV, read, chat or play. If you are very busy and you...
