When making your schedule for the order of importance put daily gymnastics within the first three places, but you will see most optimal results if it is in the first place. If it is very difficult in your day to devote half an hour to this, take 5-10 minutes from here and there until you get that 30 minutes! Otherwise you have to wake up half an hour earlier.
In a short time your life will change and health will be the most important thing you have achieved and you will then have time for other things, too. But for now away with laziness, because you'll never get ahead and a year later you'll regret that you didn't start it now! Start with small steps, and believe me, your body will get used to regular exercise.
