A lot of people ask me: "How much time is needed for a significant change? How long will it take to see the perceivable and tangible results?"
I answer with a question first: "How long did it take for you to get into this actual state?"
A body that was dealt badly before doesn't forget the negligence of the past easily and when it is finally fed up and wants to change, it requires total attention, a lot of energy and time. That's why I can't avoid repeating: we have to establish the basics of a long, healthy and happy life in our youth! You should start it before the maximum age of 30. This is the time when it is easiest to build up your health. After this, it is more and more difficult. But it's not impossible; it is easy, if you believe in it. It is in your interest to choose the Right Way now!
So the answer to the question is not straightforward. Let's look at the numbers to make it clearer how long the change will take.
With the help of the FitFive system the time from making a decision to pursue health until the first serious results can be seen below. This contains the important theoretical learning, studying movement, development of routines, the first positive feed back from your social environment and what is most important: consolidation of your inner satisfaction with your outward appearance and strength.
The first stable results in the case of a normal person (who never lead a healthy lifestyle) starting the practice of a FitFive lifestyle:
Up to the age of 30: 3 months,
Up to the age of 40: 5 months,
Up to the age of 50: 7 months,
Up to the age of 60: 9 months,
Up to the age of 70: 11 months.
If you are generally fit already, we must calculate differently replacing 'one year spent without regular training' with 'one month training' and 'one month spent without regular training' with 'one week of training'.
