Is your heart rate increasing?

What is this exercise good for or what does it strengthen?

The exercised muscle gets stronger and more flexible.

Show me how flexible you are!

Show me how strong you are!

How many times can you do it?

How many seconds do you think pass while you do the exercise?

You are feeling good after the practise, right?

You are feeling more refreshed, right?
