How to exercise simply, consistently and regularly?

Exercise does miracles...

But only if it is simple, consistent and regular!

 

Inconsistent and unfounded physical exercise does not make sense. Your body was not created to be trained for 1 or 2 months and then be left to idleness for a year. This lack of method can confuse your body completely.

90% of people can take part in regular exercise as long as it is organised in some way like in elementary and high school. No wonder so many people get fat and lazy once they’re past 18; they simply grow out of the habit of regular exercise. Of course these are only minor concerns compared to the serious illnesses and hard-to-correct physical deformations that the lack of regular exercise can lead to! It is the chief function of regular exercise to prevent such problems!

Should you decide to go in for sports, you should definitely build up your training plan consistently! If you don’t, chances are you’ll become bored, get injured and/or you will not achieve the desired outcome. And if you aren’t satisfied, you will not continue with it and you’ll get lazy again. It is indeed a vicious circle and the only way out of it is consistent planning.

The practical part of FIT5 was constructed with great care.
