Exercise for 60s

My call to youngsters in their 60s:
DON’T TURN YOUR BACK ON THE WORLD!

Our bodies get old, muscles degrade and joints wear away. These are the facts of aging.

However, you don’t have to live your life feeling weak and sick! Of course, you aren’t going to be a professional athlete and you shouldn’t insist on doing strenuous exercise. Doing basic exercises, however, you can maintain your normal physical condition for a long time. Show the young people around you that you don’t have to be young to be strong and look good: DON’T TURN YOUR BACK ON THE WORLD!
