Congratulations to everybody who goes in for sport, but if you do only active sports, slow down: compound your training with slower, more relaxing programs. This is because with intensive sports, where there is irregular, or hurried muscle work you cannot fill up with energy, because energy obtained by movement is used up, and your system sometimes even asks for more energy. So the result is that the muscles and the joints of the body get old, and deteriorate prematurely.
