I want to improve my stamina!

Zsolt

Dear Zsolt

The extent of your stamina is shown by how much air your lungs can take in, how much blood your heart  can pump and how much oxygen your muscles use during high-intensity training. Training for endurance is an aerobic activity, which means that energy-rich nutrients are converted into energy in the muscles in the presence of oxygen. This means exercise done at a high pulse rate for more than 2 minutes.

You have to take into consideration your maximum pulse rate – endurance training must take place at 75-90% of your maximum heart pulse.

The simplest way to improve your stamina is the following: slow walking, medium speed walking, dynamic walking, fat–burning jogging, stamina-boosting running.

Piece of cake, huh?

Well, O.K. it’s a little more complicated than that because beefing up your cardiovascular system is a longer process. It can only be done successfully if other aspects are developed simultaneously.

You’ll only achieve the desired result if you pay attention to everything: breathing, water consumption, nutrition, and positive thinking. Everything is connected!
