Youthfulness is something you maintain inside you, and it takes some effort to change your perspective. Feeling young is first and foremost a mental process; it’s living without fear and worry. Those who know no fear and worry, stay young forever. You should think of yourself as young regardless of your actual age, and people around you will see you as young.

There’s a very simple approach to the notion of aging. You should accept that your situation may get more and more difficult gradually – your cells are aging and wearing out. HOWEVER! If you keep your inner youthfulness and strive for an active life you’ll always be in a better shape than your age would suggest.

And this will be respected everywhere: in your family, by your doctor and in your club. I’m sure you know some elderly but surprisingly fit people.
