First of all, I’d like to say that I’m very happy to hear how important your family is to you. Of course, every parent would like their kids to be healthy but most of them never get any further than the idea.

You’ve already set to work. Way to go!

You’re correct: the best way to pass on the concept of healthy living to your family members, especially your children, is by showing them a good example.

I think you should first learn the FIT5 System Theory! If your kids are old enough you can get them to read it, too.
