Incorrect posture is a phenomenon of endemic proportions. Statistics show that 58% of children and 70% of adults suffer from incorrect posture. Just look at the people in the street and you notice some kind of physical deformity on almost everyone.

Simple as this condition may seem, it has loads of harmful consequences. There is a higher risk of splay-foot, poor sight, pulmonary and digestive problems. Unless corrected while one is young, in adulthood it can lead to serious spinal complaints, pinched nerves, discopathy, constant lower-backache. In today’s fast-paced world people don’t use their bodies consciously anymore – they only notice them when some kind of problem has already struck and the serious, painful symptoms have emerged.  You have to create a correct sedentary and stationary posture – that’s the only way to prevent illnesses that stem from incorrect posture! Once you’ve acquired the correct posture, you can concentrate on body shaping.
